I don't think this is always consistent across the company, however, and the playing field needs to be leveled by leadership. Some people are deeply unhappy/working for unsupportive/disrespectful managers.

TruHearing: Overall, TruHearing is a good company to work for, however, employee satisfaction varies greatly by department. The marketing department ranks lowest year over year because of poor communication, micromanagement, and a total lack of accountability of the leadership team.

TruHearing: Overall TruHearing is a good company to work for. The satisfaction of employees vary greatly by department however. The marketing department consistently ranks lowest year over year. Middle management struggle to clearly communicate project objectives, and dont value the expertise of employees.

Ushur, Inc: So far so good. Been here just 3 mos. Onboarding could have been better but in startup that's fine. Lots of enthusiasm and support from everyone in general.
Ushur, Inc: So far it has been great. The only thing I'm a little concerned is the work life balance of some coworkers, as I have seen some calendars being really loaded. I hope that the WLB will get better as the company moves forward so that the load can be balanced between everyone.
Restaurant Depot: My favorite thing is my customers. My Manager does not make a welcoming atmosphere especially if you aren't a favorite. Makes employees feel invaluable and stupid.
Crunchbase: Crunchbase is great to learn and have transparency into what the company is doing. I do think there are some kinks we need to work at the executive level but this year looks to be super exciting in terms of growth.
Telnyx: Extremely good. Has some drawbacks but if you are hard working you get a lot fo recognition

i3 Verticals: Very little company culture. Very little if any inclusivity, and a great gap in leadership and the workforce. Little acknowledgment of employees efforts, and significant discrepancies in comp allocation.
Guardant Health: upper mgmt does not care about anyone below them. Long long hours and no one cares / once they get what they want out of you they move on to another body.

Lob: Overall happy with my experience. This is the only startup I've been a part of that has invested this much in HR and establishing a culture and it shows. Biggest con really is around the CEO, he clearly cares more about his other startup. Other leadership seems invested in us, which I appreciate.
Cargas Systems: A once great company that has grown too fast and let their culture/values take a back seat. Its a revolving door now.
MWW PR: super toxic, you will be subjected to bullying and harassment. The CEO and senior leadership are among the worst I've experienced in my entire career.
Lattice: Lattice is a joke in so many levels. They cannot even get their own recruiting and goal setting right, so why would any enterprise use them? Investors, you are pretty far off the mark. Hope its a good write off on your taxes.

Ridecell: Ridecell has presented me with so many opportunities to grow, try new things I couldn't do before at larger companies, make an impact every day with the service I put forth, and go to sleep feeling fulfilled at the end of each day. The overall experience has been amazing.

However, it's had downsides, too---many good friends have left, and I'm not sure if it was because of something missing here or more pay/opportunities somewhere else. We always talk about recruiting, but not retention. :(

I tried to payoff my account balance of $779.75 by credit card, and was denied because because I refused to pay $4.95 service fee. It all came down to why should be charged a fee in order to use my credit card? It was not about the amount, but why?
Sproutt: It is an honor to work for a company that prioritizes an inclusive culture and consitently seeks oppurtunities to improve. Our CEO takes time to meet with everyone and encourgages his teams to voice their ideas and/or concerns. The integrity of this organization is second to none.
