Bonobos: Customer Service is terrible. You can never get ahold of anyone, the widgets are never available to help resolve issues and they rarely answer emails.

There's a great culture here, everyone does a great job at validating your efforts and is passionate about what they do. Inspires me to do better too!

Jack's Family Restaurants: No holiday pay even when working ON holidays. No bonus for cross training. No appreciation of employees. The only upside working here was free food. But even that is only 8 bucks. To be a family restaurant they sure dont care about anyone.
Level Access: I love the work but hate the workplace. The company is so disorganized it's a wonder we're still in business. The culture is top-down to the point of being patronizing. Job functions and expectations are not clearly communicated. Men have disproportionate amounts of organizational power.

EnsembleIQ: The most glaring problem at EIQ is the lack of a 401k match. it demonstrates a lack of investment in employees. Many of these questions were inapplicable. There should be an option for "I don't know". I felt forced to choose an incorrect response just to mark something.
EnsembleIQ: Have not been here a year yet and we're trying to make lots of changes to our brand but everyone is heading in the same direction and striving for the same goals
EnsembleIQ: Beginning a new job during a pandemic and quarantine was difficult, but there are a lot of HR practices in place to connect employees and make it feel less isolating. Monthly meetings about how the compay is doing also helps us feel connected and like we are all working toward common goals.

EnsembleIQ: Personally, I feel that since we have had the Covid problem and have had to work from home, we have had no communication whatsoever in regards to any type of compensation for rent, electricity, furniture or items needed to work in a healthy way. Some of us are now to work permanently from home.
