Workday: Stressful and mentally exhausting since I have to switch context so often. I rarely get positive feedback from my manager. I do long for the less-paying job I left before I came to Workday where my manger appreciated my contributions.
Workday: Unlimited PTO for U.S. workers as well as bereavement leave.
Westlake Hardware: Recent cuts to payroll employees is damaging the one thing Westlake has taken pride in, customer service. And experienced employees who can provide excellent customer service leave for better pay at a quick shop or to wait tables. Profits in lieu of customer service. With Joe gone it will get worse

Workday: The culture at Workday has changed dramatically in the past few years. As the company grows, expectations change of workmates. We are constantly asked to do more with less. There is far less time for "fun" and personal development which are supposed to be a core values. And no opp for flexible work.

Workday: Overall it is a very good company with very good ethics. It has good benefits. The RSU /bonus distribution should be based on quarterly performance and it should make sure everyone gets some during the year. Managers should be judged based on their reportee's success and growth

Workday: I love this company. I am proud to work here. I do not want to work anywhere else BUT Change is constant, especially here. In my experiences these changes hurt the employees monetarily and in career advancement.
The Salvation Army: In terms of diversity and training it is not regulated properly. The CEO is hands off, so that leaves the doors open for middle management to run the facility the way they choose. That includes right or wrong and no regulation is involved. Hands off approach decreases oversight in daily structure.
Nucor Corporation: It has been very good, fast paced, challenging, and I enjoy it. I am given opportunities to grow and travel which is much appreciated. The normal schedule and the office politics take away from the experience.
Point Wild: Everyone is so humble and willing to help in every way!

Conagra Brands: Hostile environment. Plant and HR managers give great preference to white caucasian people. They don't care about most of their employees and they can let them go anytime. I've seen a great employee who worked for 18 years for them, and he got fired and not for a good apparent reason.

Consilio: Overall Experience is good with the company. Love being part of this company. Just one suggestion to expand a bit in the north India zone (Mostly Chandigarh having the best scope), as the city Gurgaon doesn't suit well at first and it's really hectic to adjust here.

Barracuda Networks: We have processes that slows everything to a crawl. It takes forever to get anything done. There is no alignment of business priorities across divisions. There are good opportunities for advancement but pay is low and equity is poor. There is no fun here.
Consilio: We were recently purchased, so there are still a lot of moving parts before I can say how safe and secure I feel. I hope to bring enough value to the company to where I don't ever have to work anywhere else.
