It continues to get worse with the negative environment, belittling towards office staff by management and there is a significant lack of training for those staff members, etc

Terminix: Jackleg team failed to install baits, leaving them on the ground. After a phone calll to an 800 number explaining and getting no result, then an online communcation with not result, then a registered letter to the local office with no result, I have not heard back from anyone.

Vertafore: Vertafore is fine if you want work to be a repetitive, mundane experience with good job security that enables you to enjoy the rest of your life. It is not a good place if you want fulfillment from your career or to be compensated at the rate you likely deserve.

Valor Healthcare: This box is not big enough. No supervision, overworked and underpaid is an understatement. Often told to "do our best" when there is literally four people in the office. As an RN, I was answering phones! Admin did not care, and only cared about their numbers. Compromising, patient and staff safety.
