Globant: Globant is a company where innovation is part of the day-to-day. There is a culture of creation and proactivity. You'll need open mind to face undefined processes, or changes in the working model. However, the management team is approachable, leads by example, and teammates are amazing people!

Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts: Horrible. Managers and suoervisors are 300 percent useless. They know nothing about the job. It's embarrassing. It's all family so no one really cares. Jobs are literally given to famiky members. They're approached for positions no one needs to apply. Everyone else has to apply.
Trader Joe's: We all work together as a team
Globant: I think it's difficult to get a raise; there are too many steps involved in getting one, and that tends to discourage employees.

TP: It was interesting. It opened my eyes and made me realize that being an adult is hard. That making a living is hard and not easy. This company also open new opportunities for me. As I newbie, and someone who doesn't have any work experience, TP is a good start since it's beginner friendly.
Ooma: Customer experience! Your first line support is incapable of rectifying technical issues and reaching the advanced support team is impossible. I was told the advanced support team would call me within the next 24-48 hours. Am I supposed to put my life on hold and wait to receive?

Then some kid will walk in the door wit an application and you'll overhear that the starting pay is $2 more than what you are receiving after 2 yrs with no call ins and plenty of covering others. Pottery Barn: I now live in london and was thrilled tl see Pottery Barn become available. I ordered two tables in December 2025 and THEY HAVE NOT ARRIVED. I call every month for an update - delivery promisex in April, then May, and now June. Terrible experience. No proactive updates; i have to call to get news!

Vrbo: When someone cancelled a reservation within 2 hours, they are told that they would get a refund with 7/10 days. Now it is 12 days, and I have been told it would be another 72 hours. I cancelled on May 7th. On May 16 I received an email stating they would charge my card another $953.49.
Camping World: Exceptionally poor service and communication.
Hannaford Supermarket: I have been at the Hannaford company for 4 years now. Ive had an open schedule nearly the whole time, had great yearly PA's. Other departments have begged for me to train with them. Yet i have only had a 3 dollar raise this entire time. One of them very recent after switching postions.

Home Goods: They don't care about there emplyees at all. The pay for the demand they ask you to do is awful. Theres never employee appreaction. Its a revovling door of new emplyees, instead of keeping the honest, hardworking, deticated employees. Start out at $12 an hour. After 3 years, still not over $13.

Navy Federal Credit Union: Dietrich cut all employee bonuses by instituting a structure relying on non-definable metrics. We used to have a hard set of numbers that gave a bonus structure and now its "measured" in "impact". Dietrich changed our policy of free expedited debit card replacement when a member was compromised
