Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts: I work in the claims department and it's bad. There is no structure whatsoever. Supervisors are useless. They serve no purpose. The managers are hand picked and placed. If you're white you don't have apply for a new position, it's given to you.

7-Eleven: I think 7-11 is a good company but some of the franchise owners are not so good some treat there employees bad and expect everything from them and when it comes to pay employees barely make enough to live on and our jobs are dangerous some customer's are abusive and violent it's sad

All Web Leads: If a call is dropped it is counted against you. If a client is on Medicaid or fixed income and can't afford a plan, you are reprimanded for not selling them or cross selling. The metrics are sckewed. You are expected to sell based on the income value of the product but can't tell what that is.

Year by year, month by month, things kept getting worse and worse. We were never people in their eyes and now the are simply just taking the gloves off now.
