Builders FirstSource: As a 35 year employee, i have had many roles within the company. A company that is always looking to the future and finding was to grow and improve, while putting people first. Advancement opportunities are readily available with competitive wages and benefits.
Builders FirstSource: Overall it's been good. It was very hard in the beginning due to a corrupted employee that they finally got rid of. We all have worked together as a team and have built this store to a profitable status. I don't feel as confident that it will continue to grow in the same pattern.

Beiersdorf North America: Mixed. I have had a problem with an overly critical middle manager who does not celebrate wins and/or takes all credit for wins while being dismissive of the staff that is behind these wins.

Builders FirstSource: I work remotely. I correspond with my manager more than anyone else. I knew when I interviewed that he and I would be able to work well together. I had job offers from other companies, but working with my manager and the pay offered were bonuses for me.

Appian: Company is great if not a bit chaotic internally. I love collaborating mentality. Only real issues are unclear expectations and heavy workload. Boss is also not great. Delegate everything and doesn't seem to care about workload or my thoughts on projects or tasks.
