Each region or distric takes on its own culture to some degree. The positive is that I can impact my district with sincerity and honesty.

Simplify store level processes. We could save bundles of money and run better stores if we made some bold moves to automate and simplify store compliance methods, POS reporting, payroll budgeting, billing reconcilliation etc. Our paper checklists and paper files are antique and create inaccuracies.

From my perspective. Our leadership and the leadership of the global organization are not aligned. Global seems more interested in getting to the next quarter's results and report "fluff" to the market and S&S leadership seems to want to grow the brand. As of now, we're stagnant, with no growth.
