My experience has only become worse since I started with the company 15 years ago. Each year is worse than the last and there is no part of me that sees better days ahead with the company. The only thing that has kept me with the company this long is the amount of vacation days that I have earned.

associates across the board need to be paid more plain and simple. we do not offer competitive wages to associates at any in store level.

more money for the work that is put in each day. the company has moved away from the things that made it fun 10 years ago, every part of the day is micromanaged and everything is tracked and put on a report, our days are spent trying to stay off the reports that is all we do.
