Started off well but as time goes on work life balance is bad. No time with family. One day off a week is not enough, when I was younger and had no family it was fine but now not so much.

Have a better discount. show that the company cares about employees by giving a discount that actually covers/helps with your grocery shopping. I find a lot of employees will shop somewhere else because it is to expensive at stop and shop.
