Being a longtime associate, I have seen so many changes in this company over the years. It always seems every change takes something away as opposed to add benefit to loyal associates. I would like to see that trend change.

We are small but work to together well and all care about the company.

I would like to see GRO and my previous grade reinstated as these were taken away from my position. This was the difference in all the extra time and work I do through the year to run our stores.

The company as a whole is good. I would like to see the level of care start at the top with better cmpensation for the middle management as it used to be. Over the past several years it seems we have just lost compensation components like GRO and Grade.
