I have been here a long time; not the same company I joined 20+ yrs ago, they are more financially driven and don't take time to keep the 'human' or 'humanity' within the company or with the good people who are here, the re-org every 3/4 yrs thinking its better...well it's not

If you're referring to health care as part of my compensation, they should cover more than they do and with a better insurance plan. Not carrying a spouse on your insurance is a big drawback.
