Our vision is building a dynamic multi-dimensional church in the northern cities of Minneapolis and the surrounding metro area. Our purpose is to make Disciples of Christ and celebrate God's presence and power in our lives. We also focus on applying the biblical principles taught by our leader for victorious Christian living. Mighty Fortress International has set an atmosphere that is worshipful, sensitive, loving, forgiving and accepting to the needs of others. We provide every Believer-Disciple with a place to encounter God's presence and His life-changing Word. Our vision is to maintain and further develop an atmosphere of love, forgiveness and acceptance for all races and cultures. Every member is sharing in the love and unity at MFI. Negative. There is poor managment. Poor communication. Gossip. Toxic and hostile work environment due to certian managers and coworkers. Favortism as well.

The manager was nice, friendly and proffesional. Did not make me feel judged. Explained things well.

My managers make me feel unappreciated and not valued at work. They do not communicate well with me or other associates. I end up working way more than what i get paid to do. Certian managers have caused me to feel unwelcome. They do not pay well enough for all you have to do.
