Early in my time at Wish (1st 3/4 years), I had doubts about exec leadership & my primary motivation was a very good team w/ strong management who I believe cared about me and my development. The last 2/2.5 years that has flipped & I believe in the execs/company vision, & less in my management/team

The newfound transparency, the willingness of exec leadership to listen and their sincerity in turning that listening into action

My team leadership is severely lacking in delivering on transparency and there is not a coherent vision for how to accomplish our goals. There's too many conflicting ideas that lead to very circular outcomes due to management being indecisive.

The leadership team has taken a ton of action that indicates they actually care about changing the company culture. Previous leadership always struggled to deliver on transparency and the new group is really changing the company's tune around that which make for a more encouraging workplace.
