They are great at rallying me around the company direction. Despite poor earnings, I am still sold on their ideas.

Morale is low. It's no fault of their own - hard to be motivated. I do think culture on our team and cohesiveness could be improved. More virtual off-sites, more engineering only meetings.

Collaboration between Eng and other teams is basically non-existent. Eng is frequently ignored or they are often times just asked to do monumental tasks in unreasonable amounts of time. There is no concerns of quality of the technical design, only if we can push a product out faster.
