Good people, initially had interesting opportunities to grow. Now most of the good people left, and new leadership does not provide a clear vision so morale is low and no room to grow
competitive salary, base pay above average
Very welcoming, skilled, and highly responsive
high impact projects, team culture events
Work is high impact, and everyone on the team is very supportive
The people are great to talk to, and it is easy to collaborate across departments
They seem to be well aware of the issues within company culture and core experience on the app.
They are very mindful of personal workload and do not bother colleagues outside work hours. It is easier to align with them on company outlook and execute projects while leadership keeps things ambiguous.
The leadership lacks vision and to the general public it looks like a company going down as a business. Morale is also in the gutter as leadership does nothing to retain good talent
Feel undervalued because despite doing well in the performance review and being promoted my compensation increase was not even adjusted to inflation. Very demotivating. A better compensation package and good bonuses based on performance wouldve been much appreciated.
They need to offer better clarity on where they plan to take the company, provide better communication instead of just expecting people to blindly execute on projects every quarter which get prioritized or de-prioritized without justification as to why. Better compensation and work-time balance too
