Overall, it as a job, not a career. Regardless of education and experience you're undervalued, underpaid. The company is not diverse it's mostly one particular race, which leads to people being entitled and rude, management needs guidance. Micromanaging causes a negative and unpleasant environment.

The only positive I see is there is a effort.

When colleagues are lacking, management tries to micromanage everyone and its frustrating. Instead of generalizing everyone perhaps specifically and directly approach that colleague and provide guidance or suggestions to improve their work ethic.

I would feel better if when mistakes made by individuals were discussed directly with that particular person, as opposed to management taking an indirect approach and generalizing all staff. Picking up the slack of other colleagues is irritating, after speaking about it, you are expected to do it.

My coworkers should complete their work before it is reassigned to another. If I could trust my coworkers I would feel comfortable working with them, however I don't. I have no interest in this job environment to interact with colleagues, my goal is to complete work and meet deadlines then go home.
