I would feel better if it was industry standard. Also would like to not get raises because my title changed and therefore I must get paid whatever the lowest is in the next salary band.
Stop wasting money, time, and resources.
No trust and sometimes hostile and harassing. Like a good soap opera
Salary is fair, other benefits are poor.
