I feel signled out on daily basis. They are always on my about my metrics, quality, and making sure I stay on the phone 24,7. They never take the time to help me with customers if you have a question and put the customer on hold you will get in trouble through quality reviews. Its a horrible job

The coworkers are not the problem its the managers they look for anything to pick with you about and are not supportive

Acutally pay me what they are paying other people walking in the door. I get paid 17 an hour and people are starting off no degrees or experience getting at least $7 more

The leadership team should get better at being more supportive and help assist the employees more. Seems like no one cares if your discriminated against as a black woman or singled out from your team.

They should look into the racial injustice they have going on with allstate. Being singled out because you werent trained like the next person or because you dont understand something. They for sure have a injustice bias system in the entire organization
