I have been with the company for 12 years. I started with high hopes and even higher aspirations. What a disappointing endeavor it turned out to be. It was the most toxic workplace I've ever experienced. Majority of leadership is 2faced who will tell you what you want to hear but dont back it up

Dont fear your top performers. Help life them up instead of beatinf them into the ground. Compensate youre employees and offer recognition and/or bonuses. Stop the drama and politics that breed toxicity.

I have been given little to no training for my role. The claim distribution system is broken. Despite bring up the fact that I was assigned significantly more claims than the rest of the department nothing was done.

Stop telling employees to move on after layoffs and that we should be greatful for still having our jobs. Stop piling on more work and not compensating us for hours of overtime citing that we are salaried employees. Change EVERYTHING about recruiting for openings within the company
