It is a equal balance between work, life and fun.
They don't micromanage, they try and have fun in the work place, they are laid back, they are present and use the open door policy.
Most of them all get along, we go and hang out on the weekends, we have become not only co workers but friends as well.
The company makes millions of dollars and doesn't give it back to the field employees that actually make the company the money. I feel it is invested into corporate behind the scenes. Even sending out some BFS swag would be better than seeing more executives being added monthly.
