For the most part, no one is too full of themselves, and most are enjoyable to be around.
We are all committed to doing our jobs as best we can, but we don't let that become our identity. We are all real people.
This applies to the executive leaders who I know/have some integration with. (Everyone except the CPO) They are down to earth and candid, regardless of the situation.
Wages are just the first part of the package, working someplace where I like my fellow employees and believe in what we are doing, is what really matters.
