It has been fantastic. I got out of the military and started working building loads. My managment team saw my experience in the military and I became a saw yard lead. They gave me a chance shortly after to become yard foreman and then became yard supervisor. My experience has been wonderful.

The leadership team here at BFS is honest and respectful. I really like that they understand the cost of living in areas and work to make sure pay is competitive if not better than most.

It is a positive environment. Everyone tries to help everyone and does pull their weight. It creates a work environment that is beneficial to the team here. When you have a healthy work culture and environment it is easier to meet the expectations of our leadership.

It is a huge military community. It is nice to work with people who can relate to your situation. They understand the issues that military personell face when getting out. They have always helped me out when I have had to miss time due to VA appointments or really any appointments.
