what makes me excited is that i get to work and communicate with different people, from in the company and out in the field and i learn about all sides everyday.

I feel like I do and hold a lot to my position and just cause I am a female some don't see me as my role of being stern and serious about my job. honestly, it's a construction company and I feel men get recognize more than women
