I've loved this company (and legacy companies) for a very long time. I've worn many hats. I want this company to succeed and have given it my all. For many years, I worked crazy hours, traveled and put my personal life second. I've recently made a change to balance my work and home life.

The level of competency with the contractors that have been hired is very low. BFS employees are being let go while contractors are being hired.

I feel like the executive team is open about the good and the bad. I appreciate the honesty and the communication avenues like the Teams meetings and open-door policies.

the immediate management has no idea what the work is and is very rude and condescending. The company let tenured BFS employees go while hiring and retaining contractors. It makes no sense. The people remaining are left to pick up the pieces.
