Everyone is kind and genuine. People care about the company and it's mission, along with our values. It is clear that the culture is reflective of CentralSquare's goals, and the aspect of community.

Our work culture and environment encourages employees to be open, and ask questions. It is okay if mistakes are made, as we are constantly growing and changing as a whole. As long as consistent efforts are made, the encouragement from leadership is there.

My teammates and CentralSquare's mission. We are all working towards a greater goal of improving technology solutions to improve the lives, and safety of communities across the U.S. and Canada. It is an incredible mission, and to be working alongside positive people is such an amazing aspect.

The pay is competitive, and the unlimited PTO is such an awesome perk. Not having to worry about how many vacation days I have left in the year is a stress-free item I'm sure many appreciate. And, I don't know any colleague who seems to take advantage of this system.
