You never have more on your plate than what you can handle and what you believe that you can accomplish. You are never expected to work like a dog. You can have your own flexible hours and work when you feel comfortable, and often you can work remotely as well.
O que faz você mais feliz no trabalho?
I am happy at work because of the office culture. I love the people, I love the office dogs, I love that there are always snacks in the kitchen. We practice wellness, we have meals together, we celebrate birthdays and work anniversaries, and we make the office seem like a very welcoming environment.

The best part of the benefits package is the perk of receiving unlimited time off and also unlimited sick days. The work life balance is unlike any company I have worked for before. They truly treat their employees like they are human beings who have lives outside of work and value their well being.

The leadership team tries to consistently make sure that everyone who is working with them feels as though they are heard and that they have a chance to be working on their individual skills to grow as an employee. There is a lot of transparency and everyone knows what is going on in the company.

The best things about my team are the people who work in the office. You see these people sometimes more than you see your family in a day, and the team works hard to make sure that everyone feels like they are included and have a place in the company. The culture is so amazing at Change.

I liked the most about the interview process the tasks that we were given and able to do. I felt as if the tasks gave you an insight to what your day to day job would be like, and allowed you to stand out if you were nervous that you might not perform as well in an interview setting.
