Thinking through the consequences of success and what we need to do if we succeed. Specifically, if we do actually create a product that allows people to have a serious impact on their democracy, what do we need to make that safe? reliable? available? and how do we control costs per user?

Lack of RRSP matching, compensation doesn't align with what is being offered elsewhere, review and ability to obtain raises isn't predictable and seems arbitrary.
