The idea had a lot of potential but unfortunately the leaders and the employees underneath them are driving the company to the ground with not paying a hoot about the customer, who puts roof over their head and feeds their families!

coworkers need to put themselves in the shoes of customers and ask themselves how they would like to be treated... it's as simple as that... rather than being obnoxious & rude

if leadership puts more emphasis on customer service, it can be improved dramatically. Obviously, the people at the top don't give a scoot about employees delivering 5-star customer service. And the apple does not fall far from the tree. So the employees & coworkers don't give a --- about customers
