I love my company. I work very hard amd hard ever take time off, including my 2 days a week. I have a true passion for what we stand for and what we do. I dont really know the executive leadership team. But for my direct leadership team, i love working for them. They are kind but honest and seem to care about my opinion.

I believe we are asked to pivot often, by the company, and need to take on additional work frequently with minimul compensation. Our teams merit more often and have more freedom than us, yet we must consistently sacrafice to meet the random pivots.
