Great. They could improve in-office requirements to offer more flexibility. Also, some managers look down on anyone who actually does take advantage of flexibility options, even for high performers.

It is the most stressful I've ever had. People do not plan and are not incentivized to plan, and those left to pick of the pieces are not valued - it's just an expectation they live with their hair on fire at all times. It makes for a very stressful environment when everyone is stressed.

Some technical people are elitist and not actually open to change. They do not respect the views or expertise of others. Many do not live the values of the company. They act rogue and sometimes bullying, and there are no repercussions.
