Mike is the kind of boss you don't find very often. What I like most is that he actually treats us like people, not just workers filling a seat. He is incredibly caring, but it is not just talk. He puts it into practice by setting real boundaries that help us stay healthy and happy.

Knowing that some of my ideas have actually changed the way the industry builds data centers is a huge motivator. It is rare to be in a position where you can see a direct, large scale impact from your own problem solving. That ability to innovate and see real results is what makes me happy
