Being genuine, authentic, and live the company values that you preach about daily.
Zero customer service at most H&M stores. The customer is often looked at as an "annoyance," by the store staffs
Back stabbing gossip culture. Nobody is happy for you if you are performing. They will usually explain it away somehow and bottom performers remain if they "like you."
Pay is all over the place at H&M. New colleagues come in making way more than tenured or top performers. Salaries are not consistent whatsoever. I found out that someone doing my exact job and is making +$30k more than me in the same city.
I dont even know where to start. The culture is fake, nobody is truly happy and we get told how "lucky we are," to be working for such an "amazing company." Until you establish genuine trust amongst the leaders in the business, its everyone out for themselves and its terrible.
