Actually answer phones, have sales reps available. I have never in my life struggled so hard to buy something. Its like this company doesnt want corporate money.
There is nothing. Instead of giving raises to fit the economy we are living in they rather waste money on tee shirts and other non-helpful items.
They are loyal but also dissaluisioned by corporate
Very large, disparate corporate structure. Career development is an afterthought here.
It's really great place to work to gain the knowledge and to develop our exposure to the products.
