What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay is up there with the top techs around the country. They have done several market analysis with pay increases in the last 6 years I have been there. 2 years ago they gave out 15% of your salary in company stock.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is nothing. Instead of giving raises to fit the economy we are living in they rather waste money on tee shirts and other non-helpful items.
People are generally happy and treat each other well.
That we are high paid technicians

What did you like most about the interview process?
The interviews were effective and respectful of my time.
Meeting the people I will be working with.
Everyone was nice and friendly. I was compensated for my travel to and from home to the interview. They took me oit to lunch afterwards.
