Wonderful company overall. Could make work life balance a bit more of a focus. The only thing I would improve is flexible hours on Fridays since the hours every other day are very long.

We live by our shared values. I also like that confrontation to work through issues is highly encouraged. I have seen companies with employees not knowing where they stand until the end of the year.
