Job security: Have not seen anyone getting fired.
1. Promote employees who want to work. Demote/terminate employees who are just here for employee benefits (medical insurance.) 2. Leadership must share their direction and goals clearly. Don't keep them to yourselves 4. terminate un/underqualified employees
Currently, I am earning about 30% to 40% below the market average total compensation in my area. I have equal job-specific working experience as my mgr, but I have more industry-specific professional designations. I rather pay a health insurance premium with a higher salary.
-Promote qualified employees who want to work -Demote/terminate under/unqualified employees -Discard part leader positions -HR to enforce its policy equally and fairly. (breakfast/lunch benefits to all EE not just NJ,CA) -Increase salary. You get ONLY what you paid for -Increase the other benefits
One Mgr gives all her work to her subordinate and chats/nap away 1/3 of their day at the storage room. - Try to learn new knowledge. The part leaders are not being a good example for the others. They just want to hold their position don't wanna be a team leader. such a bottleneck of the company.
