We in no way put or customers or employees first we will do what it takes to make meet our numbers and don't care who we upset or customer we lose to get there. We have lost hard working coworkers due to not putting customer first anymore. We also want our bonuses on time this is how we get paid.

Communication is horrible and nobody is willing to help others. Coworkers have no desire to even try and accomplish their jobs and are willing to just let it be handed off to others

Not enough employees to handle the amount of work. Lack of management on employees not doing their job. More work being put on employees who do their job and work being taken away from those who don't work. Management not understanding R&R and just increasing workload with no guidance
O que está ruim e como pode melhorar?
Hiring more people so other employees are not doing the work of 3 people. Get rid of people who cannot complete their job or don't care to complete it instead of letting them sit back and do nothing. Hold people accountable. Managers need to trust employees to do their job and not micromanage

They continue to allow people who are not able to complete their jobs and hand those over to others who get work done. This has lead to people being extremely overworked and having more work than they can manage. There is no consequences for not being able to perform the the job you were hired for.

I do easily 3 full time jobs as more gets added to my plate daily due to others not being able to complete their tasks. I try to review my workload with my manager with no feedback and just keep being told "keep doing what I am doing". I am not getting paid close to enough for the work that I do.
