LG Electronics North America – Pathetic customer service and follow up. I have contacted LG customer Service for 2 1/2 months and still have no resolution of my Refrigerator. I would not buy anything LG appliance wise again. Your product is trash and your effort to repair it is even worse.

The first year was hard. It has a very different company culture (Largely influenced by older Korean Culture). It was hard to adapt. Over the years I have learned how to navigate the culture to be successful. Biggest problem in the company is the CEO organization is always trying to stop progress

My experience has been challenging, but rewarding with a great deal of learning experience and new opportunities. Additionally, the support I receive from my team and the greater organization/leadership has allowed me to grow and thrive over the past 6+ years.
