There are too many meetings and little time to get actual work done. This means people are working long hours to keep up. There is no cross training to help when an employee is out of the office. No employee should be working frequent nights and weekends to handle the heavy work load. Hire help!

There is too much micro management by HQ and the top executives. We had the best year last year but there is this constant pressure to do more, more, more. They are never satisfied. They do not want to invest in quality internal systems and productivity is severely affected.
