
Things are very inconsistent depending on your race, gender and nationality. New ideas are not valued or respected. Responsibilities lack structure. roles are not clearly defined

Accountability for the work required. For some there are expectations, for others, there are excuses
The front line agents. Culture is not diverse and Sr. Management needs ongoing mandatory diversity training
I am fairly paid and I love the fact that insurance is free for me and my family
I like when all parties in management are treated equally. When expectations are the same across the board and so is accountability and consequences
The best part of my compensation package are the free medical benefits for me and my family. If this is ever removed, I will seek employment elsewhere.
All metrics are not clear and have a tendency to work against each other dept to dept. Leadership team sets unattainable goals and does not listen to frontline reps or management. Instead of increasing head count to provide better, more efficient work, we work with minimal staffing.
