I have gone above and beyond my scope of responsibilities. I have very few absences and rarely am I late. I work hard and I am reliable. Finally, I am forced to resign. This will be the last time the Store Manager and ASM will be allowed to yell at me because of their frustrations with others.

Poor leadership! Sets the stage for others to follow. Operating out of fear, poor business acumen, scare tactics and belittling your employees will not produce the results every good business needs

Poor leadership! Starting from the top... SM has poor leadership skills, ASM's operate out of fear! Dept floor Supervisors are unqualified and overwhelmed! There will be a mass exodus if things don't turn around. Ex-employees are boycotting Lowe's, that's how bad it is for the rank-and-file!

The interview process doesn't allow a two way interaction to discover the abilities of the potential candidate. The questions within the interview guide are useless and don't even relate to many of the positions the candidates are applying for. Nepotism and favoritism is out of control!
