Looks shiny on the outside but everyone is drinking the koolaid. Great place to start your career but the only good advancement path is for managers, otherwise you'll be overperforming/underpaid because IC promotions are time-based. Managers are largely useless.

Follow diversity statements with actions, specifically financial commitments. Don't assume that every single employee feels as strongly about in-office culture, and don't try to force it. We've done amazing stuff remotely for 2 years.

We're in an awkward growth period where we need to refine some processes for longevity, but we're already large enough that any sort of innovative idea is usually shot down because of the overhead. This is driving the people away who have good ideas.
