While the company isn't perfect, what company is? I think overall nCino has been lauded as the best company anyone I know has ever worked for. There's always going to be room for improvement, however, the camaraderie and team culture is what makes us different and will ensure success for everyone.

The transparency from the top down.

Their approachability as well as their strategic acumen.

The camaraderie is positively infectious.

They're incredibly smart and there are no 2 days that are ever the same.

Working with people who truly challenge me and bring out the best in me to grow and mature my career.

I believe I am paid sufficiently with my all in package, however, the actual salary expectation for my role seems a bit below industry standard.

Not taking myself seriously. Being in the banking industry can get very stale and being able to exercise my creativity without concern has helped me succeed.

They are all available and willing to help with a smile on their face, legitimately 24/7. We have achieved the impossible time and time again with just relentless determination from every department.

I think I'm in an industry leading position and am somewhat undervalued as someone who has long term worked for nCino. It's unfortunate that it feels in order to change that, leaving might be required.

Still the transparency. I think it empowers the individuals and allows for people to feel like a trusted and valued member of the team no matter what level. Through that trust, I think most of the other aspects of our culture come naturally.
