I like and enjoy my job here. However, I believe working 6, 10 hour days a week on average really infringes on my work life balance. I find it a challenging and frenetically paced position and I enjoy that. As a company, we treat our long term employees much better than our newly hired ones and

In my store, the management team interacts well with each other and lean on each other for support. WE work well as a team and I appreciate them. I do not feel that this is the case though in other stores.
