I can only speak to my store we all work together due to the staff short fall in this store and get everything done to make sure the store presents well daily

no one is concerned about sales any more they have taken away any freedom to drive sales by the strict force of planogram leaving stores no space to push items that sell in their locations no store is the same yet they want us to push the same items

Everyday I have to make sure we are not on some sort of list. For example I am a manager and yet I have to explain why the alarm is off after 6 pm my job is to manage the process if the company doesn't trust its people to do what's then deal with the issues not put more on everyone's plate
