I am satisfied but it is what I make of it. I think there are some very good leaders and there are some that seem to have a low skill set. I do not think the company is being proactive enough to build a long term bench of leaders. This will be a problem soon.

I think that there are some very good people working for the company but not always able to drown out the noise.

I enjoy most of their company but some attitudes have turned sour and are difficult to deal with. There is almost no recourse for this because it has been accepted for too long

I think the company is doing well in exploring well being and life balance but it's moving slowly, I should not be in fear of if I am getting a bonus or not when I hear about the company investments and profits. I feel for the expectations that are placed on individuals is not equal to the pay.
