Overall I love the potential that this company has to be better. Its just taking a long time for us to get up to speeed with operating systems and culture changes. The community involement is one of the reasons I stay. Stop and Shop has a huge heart!!!

Not a welcoming environment. Everybody wants to be a hero and out do each other, ther is no humility and empathy.

The culture of this company is very reactive and not proactive, there is no trust given that leaders can run there building without a hundred different checklist. The office systems are antiquated. Each store needs and Ops manager to just oversee the operational functions. The paperwork overwhelming
