Nearly 40 yrs of experience at Stop and Shop. We used to be a company that I was proud to say I worked for. Now if Stop and Shop is brought up in a conversation outside of work I try to avoid it as my neighbors/friends complain about pricing, lack of associates and how much they hate the clip Cpns

To much going on all the time. We jump from roll out to roll out, everything is a 911 fire and we never seem to have enough help to get it all done. Really seems like we are trying to reinvent the wheel.
