We help each other to complete the job. Whether it be store wise or district rise. This district is phenomenal with a great leader who works hard to help you and support you.

We're starting finally to go in the proper direction, but we need to be more technological based. All of our technology is light years behind. If we had more tools for our job we can do it better. I personally want more tools so i can be extremely efficient at my job.

What makes me feel undervalued, is that someone can join this company off the street experience or not and make the same amount of money as me when they just started. My pay rate is only raised once a year and is stated as a raise when its the minimal hiring rate for my position.
